Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day after the order is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at:

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping timelines vary based on location. Estimated delivery times are:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be applicable on select promotional offers or orders above a certain value.

Delivery Address Guidelines

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to DragPixels, the customer must pay the full forward shipping charges to have it resent.

  • If an address correction is requested after shipment, a fee of Rs. 150 + GST will be charged for the correction.

Delivery Confirmation & OTP Verification

  • DragPixels partners with reliable couriers offering an OTP-based delivery system.

  • Customers must provide the OTP only after receiving the package.

  • If the OTP is shared before receiving the package, DragPixels will not be liable for loss, and the customer must file a police complaint against the courier company.

Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided via email or WhatsApp.

  • If an order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, customers should contact DragPixels for assistance.

Undelivered Orders

  • If a customer refuses delivery or reschedules more than twice, the order will be returned to DragPixels.

  • To have the package resent, the customer must pay the full forward shipping charges.
