Refund & Return Policy

At Drag Pixels, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. To offer you peace of mind, we provide a replacement guarantee if any of the following conditions apply to your order:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product is lost in transit
  • You receive the wrong product (not what you ordered)

Important: For any claims, we request that you provide an unboxing video of the parcel (with the top wrap visible). This helps us thoroughly investigate any issues or damages and process claims efficiently. We understand this might be an extra step, but it is necessary to ensure a smooth resolution.

Other Important Points:

  • Color Variations: Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen brightness and resolution. If the color variation is within reasonable limits, we will not offer a return or replacement.

  • Eligibility for Refund or Replacement: Drag Pixels reserves the right to determine if your order qualifies for a refund (for prepaid orders) or a replacement.

  • Disliked Products or Incorrect Orders: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is disliked or if the wrong product was ordered by mistake.

  • Disputes: In case of disputes, we may require you to return the product for internal inspection. Once the item is returned, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Custom Products:

  • Custom products are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless there are manufacturing defects.
  • The print quality of custom products depends on the resolution of the image used for customization. We cannot guarantee high-definition print quality for custom orders.

COD Orders:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will offer a free replacement.
  • If no issues are reported within 24 hours of the delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.

Address-Related Issues

If the delivery address provided is incorrect and requires correction after shipment has been initiated, a fee of Rs. 150 + GST will be charged for the address correction.

In cases where the address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned to the origin, the customer will be responsible for paying the full forwarding shipping charges to have it resent.

If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery or reschedules the delivery more than twice, the order will be returned to DragPixels, and the customer will be required to pay the full forward shipping charges for redelivery.


Special Offers

Products purchased during special offers or promotional periods are not eligible for returns or replacements.


Delivery Confirmation

At DragPixels, we use reliable couriers that follow an OTP-based delivery system. Customers are required to provide the OTP only after receiving the package.

Important: If the OTP is shared before receiving the package, we cannot verify the receipt. In such cases, the customer will need to file a police complaint against the delivery agent and the courier company in their local jurisdiction.


Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

In case of delayed or missing refunds:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank for any processing delays.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not available for sale or promotional items.
  • Refund processing can take up to 9 business days.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover restocking and processing fees.
